CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

BOOTCAMP

An intense total body workout that combines strength and endurance through a combination of calisthenics, core work, interval training, plyometric exercises, muscle conditioning, and team-building exercises. Ranging from circuit-style intervals to non-traditional, functional muscle building exercises. Each class will bring its own challenges – no two workouts will be the same!

STRENGTH – 65%
CARDIO – 35%

EXPRESS STRENGTH

This class can be anywhere from high reps, low reps, body weight, dumbbells, push-ups, planks, kettlebells, bands… you name it, it’s in there! This 30-minute full-body workout will leave you feeling stronger and tighter! Come ready to work!

STRENGTH – 70%
CARDIO – 30%

HIIT + RUN

This class will alternate between strength training exercises and cardio drills on the treadmills/rowers/ bikes/versa climbers. By combining HIIT & cardio this class will torch calories, increase neuromuscular effeciency, and aerobic capacity in a safe and effective manner.

HIIT FIT + HIIT

Don’t have much time to workout? This class is for you. This is a non-stop, powerhouse workout that will burn calories and get your heart pumping. This is a full-body interval class — you will build strength, endurance and balance.

KETTLEBELL WARRIOR

Increase strength and conditioning with this true-form Russian Kettlebell workout. Melt fat like never before, and transform your body to new levels. Work muscles often neglected like; stabilizer hip, lower back, and core. Watch your strength go through the roof in the weight room, and increased heart conditioning during cardio as a result. Open to all levels. Beginners welcome.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

Get results fast with this barbell-focused class that gets your heart pumping and shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. You will hit all the major muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great for anyone new to lifting, you will focus on technique and choose your weight.

LUNCH HOUR POWER YOGA

A 45-minute powerful flow during the lunch hour is a great opportunity to clear your head, step away from the to-do list, and flow with invigorating movement. The class will incorporate awareness of the breath, mind and body. It is designed to build strength, tone, and enhance flexibility. You will walk away revitalized and ready to conquer the rest of the day. In this class the studio is heated between 80 – 85 degrees.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING

High work rate and short rest periods. A full-body workout designed to increase your endurance, power, speed and strength! Use exercises consisting of functional and traditional movements sequenced to stimulate metabolism, and tax the muscular and cardiovascular systems.

PIYO

Unleash your power! You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen all in one workout. You will sculpt your body, gain endurance, flexibility, and core strength by incorporating stabilization, breath, and plyometrics.

POWER FLOW YOGA

In this class the studio is heated between 80 – 85 degrees to encourage flexibility. Build your internal fire, embrace pushing your body to it’s edge, and release stress through breath. You will work on balancing, stretching and strengthening the whole body through a mixture of poses. Modifications and advancements are given and encouraged.

PURE STRENGTH

Build muscle, burn fat. Use effective training and lifting techniques to get stronger and leaner with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, weighted bars, and more!

ROCK YOUR OM YOGA

A vinyasa flow designed to strengthen and heat up your core and open spaces in your body, which will benefit your lower back, hips, shoulders, and spine. Set to various genres of upbeat music. Discover your zen. Rock your body. Relax your mind. All levels welcome, modifications will be given.

SHAKTI FITNESS

Get ready to sweat! This challenging power yoga based class includes high intensity cardio bursts, fun improv dance sequences mixed with creative vinyasa flow, body weight strength training and breath work while loud motivating music infiltrates the room. Whether you just want to burn some extra calories, build healthy bone density, or tone up your core, this class will leave you feeling focused, balanced, strong, and mentally rejuvenated.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

This slower, gentler yoga class focuses on proper alignment, foundational poses, breathing and stretching. Modifications and props available to assist all flexibility levels. Beginners welcome.

TABATA / HIIT

Relieve stress & burn calories. This class is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. Focus is on form, endurance and balance.
