Whether you need guidance in training for a triathlon, seek to tone your body or just want to increase your strength; the trainers at TAC are specialists in their field. Schedule your training sessions directly with your trainer. A full, one-hour training session is $60, and a 30-minute half session is $35. Small group rates are also available.
Mary has eight years in the fitness industry as a student, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. She has worked in a multitude of environments including clinical settings, corporate wellness, and private studio training. Mary has had the privilege of training and working with all different age groups, fitness goals, skills, and limitations.

Angie has 7 years experience as NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness. She is currently finishing up her Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science and double majoring in Clinical Counseling. Angie has worked in private studios, YMCA of Greater Cleveland and has worked with kids, adults, athletes and people with disabilities. Angie wants to make getting strong and living well as fun a journey as possible, to teach you new skills and share great recipes! Her passion is helping others find the balance, strength, and a long term life of self acceptance for the individual.

What works for them might not work for someone else which is why I find programming to fit the clients needs to be helpful in a way that suits that person’s body best each day. KJ has been active in health and wellness for 20+ years. He has focused on functional fitness to improve all the components of fitness including strength, muscular endurance, aerobic conditioning and flexibility. He is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Kettle Bell Concepts Certified and is a graduate of Cleveland Heights Police Academy. KJ also has a background in mixed martial arts and boxing and enjoys incorporating elements from both into his conditioning routines.
