Meet Leland

“I got into fitness after a car accident left me with two compressed vertebrae in my spine which nearly caused me to be paraplegic. What I offer as a personal trainer is an excitement and a passion for exercise with all of the benefits it can offer. Whether you are a fitness novice or a seasoned pro, let me ignite the fire in you.”

Leland has been a personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor for 10 years. He is a certified instructor for Les Mills Body Pump & CXWORX, and he has worked with a wide range of clients from competitive body builders to long distance runners, and military veterans with disabilities. He is a Navy veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm, is a professional fitness and physique model, & an animal rights activist who volunteers with the Cleveland APL and the Cleveland LGBT Center.

Meet Anna

“Anna is a Personal Trainer who is currently working towards earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Cleveland State University. Her passion for fitness stems from 15 years of participation in sports and exercise. Anna believes that exercise is the starting point for changing your body, mind, and attitude. She specializes in functional strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Her overall goal is to help and guide others to achieve their best level of fitness, health and wellness.”
