KJ has been active in health and wellness for 20+ years. He has focused on functional fitness to improve all the components of fitness including strength, muscular endurance, aerobic conditioning and flexibility. He is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Kettle Bell Concepts Certified and is a graduate of Cleveland Heights Police Academy. KJ also has a background in mixed martial arts and boxing and enjoys incorporating elements from both into his conditioning routines.

Meet Megan

Megan has 5 years in the fitness industry. She received her Associates of Sport and Exercise Studies at Cuyahoga Community College, which included completing a summer internship here at Tremont Athletic Club. Through her internship at TAC she assisted in one on one training sessions and instructing group fitness classes. Megan has also lead functional fitness group training classes at private studios in Northeast Ohio, and coached running groups through Cuyahoga Community College. Megan has worked with all training levels and enjoys helping others find balance in a healthy lifestyle.

Leah has 4 years in the fitness industry working as an ACSM certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. She holds a Bachelors degree from Kent State University, as well as an Associates degree from Cuyahoga Community College. Leah also completed her internship at TAC, working with clients on-on-one and teaching classes. Her goal is to provide her clients with fun/functional workouts, and help promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
