Through her internship at TAC she assisted in one on one training sessions and instructing group fitness classes. Gina also leads functional fitness group training classes and loves getting creative with her training. Leland has been a personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor for 10 years. He is a certified instructor for Les Mills Body Pump & CXWORX, and he has worked with a wide range of clients from competitive body builders to long distance runners, and military veterans with disabilities. He is a Navy veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm, is a professional fitness and physique model, & an animal rights activist who volunteers with the Cleveland APL and the Cleveland LGBT Center.
