BOOT CAMP

TREMONT + UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
An intense total body workout that combines strength and endurance through a combination of calisthenics, core work, interval training, plyometric exercises, muscle conditioning, and team-building exercises. Ranging from circuit-style intervals to non-traditional, functional muscle building exercises. Each class will bring its own challenges – no two workouts will be the same!

EXPRESS STRENGTH

TREMONT
This class can be anywhere from high reps, low reps, body weight, dumbbells, push-ups, planks, kettlebells, bands… you name it, it’s in there! This 30-minute full-body workout will leave you feeling stronger and tighter! Come ready to work!

HARD CORE ABS

TREMONT + UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
A quick and intense core-focused workout. This 20-minute class features a mix between functional core training, and floor ab exercises that will require your body to move in unique and healthy ways to improve posture, body awareness, and strength.

HIIT + RUN

TREMONT + UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
This class will alternate between strength training exercises and cardio drills on the treadmills/rowers/ bikes/versa climbers. By combining HIIT & cardio this class will torch calories, increase neuromuscular efficiency, and aerobic capacity in a safe and effective manner.

This is a non-stop, powerhouse workout that will burn calories and get your heart pumping. This is a full-body interval class — you will build strength, endurance and balance.

Dance your way to fitness! This dance-based cardio class incorporates a variety of medium- and low-impact aerobic dance moves to an ever-changing playlist of high-energy beats. All levels of fitness and dance experience welcome!

KETTLEBELL WARRIOR

TREMONT
Increase strength and conditioning with this true-form Russian Kettlebell workout. Melt fat like never before, and transform your body to new levels. Work muscles often neglected like; stabilizer hip, lower back, and core. Watch your strength go through the roof in the weight room, and increased heart conditioning during cardio as a result. Open to all levels. Beginners welcome.

UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in this class have options, so it’s challenging but achievable. You work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body-weight exercises like crunches and hovers.

Get results fast with this barbell-focused class that gets your heart pumping and shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. You will hit all the major muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great for anyone new to lifting, you will focus on technique and choose your weight.

UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
A 30-minute HIIT class designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout comes in 3 varieties; cardio, strength and plyo. All 3 workouts take cutting edge training & combine it with powerful music that motivates you to go harder to get fit fast. This class uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises.

PILATES SCULPT

UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
Unleash your power! You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen all in one workout. Sculpt your body, gain endurance, flexibility, and core strength while moving to the beat. This class incorporates cardio bursts, stabilization, breath, and plyometrics.

POWER FLOW YOGA (ALL LEVELS)

This class will challenge you physically and also slow down your mind to release stress. Utilizing awareness of breath from start to finish, it is designed to build strength and enhance flexibility. You will work on balancing, stretching and strengthening the whole body through a sequence of power and restorative poses. Modifications/advancements are given & encouraged to cater to all that come to practice. The studio will be heated between 80-85 degrees.

POWER FLOW YOGA (45 MIN)

TREMONT
A challenging 45-minute vinyasa flow that will push your body to its edge. This class will incorporate awareness of breath while strengthening the whole body through a sequence of power poses. The last ten minutes of class will be relaxing & restorative so you feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day. Modifications/advancements are given & encouraged. The studio will be heated between 80-85 degrees.

ROCK YOUR OM YOGA (ALL LEVELS)

TREMONT
This vinyasa flow is designed to strengthen and heat up your core and open spaces in your body and between your ears. This class is set to various genres of upbeat music. Discover your zen, and rock your body, mind and soul. Modifications/advancements are given & encouraged to cater to all that come to practice. The studio will be heated between 80-85 degrees.

RUNNER’S REHAB

UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
A once a month treat for all the runners at the gym. This 60-minute yoga conditioning class is aimed specifically for runners with a focus on your hips and legs. Designed to increase strength, flexibility, and stability in the lower body, this class is a balance of movement, strength building, core work, and stretching.

SLOW STRETCH RESTORATIVE YOGA

TREMONT + UNIVERSITY CIRCLE
When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind- lets slow it down. This class helps provide physical and mental relaxation. You will hold restorative stretches for 3 to 5 minutes, utilize breath to anchor the mind and calm the nervous system. Come rest and restore your muscles after a hard week of workouts! Modifications & adjustments are given & encouraged. Studio will be heated between 75-80 degrees.

TABATA / HIIT

The ultimate HIIT class. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, 48 hours of soreness. This is a non-stop, powerhouse workout that will burn calories and get your heart pumping. This class will keep you guessing, rev up your metabolism & challenge you. Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, agility, & endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!
