“Anna is a Personal Trainer who is currently working towards earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Cleveland State University. Her passion for fitness stems from 15 years of participation in sports and exercise. Anna believes that exercise is the starting point for changing your body, mind, and attitude. She specializes in functional strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Her overall goal is to help and guide others to achieve their best level of fitness, health and wellness.”
Meet Bear
With a heavy focus on resistance training & functional movement; Bear wants everyone to utilize simple yet effective training styles. He loves to help clients reach everyday goals such as body composition, weight management, athletic performance & the most important: mental wellness. Bear spent 4 years playing College Lacrosse at The University of Montana where he graduated with his degree in Exercise Science and worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for the school’s rec facility.
Meet Mia
Mia is a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach who is passionate about helping clients live a healthy balanced lifestyle. Her goal is to help clients look and feel their best while learning to fall in love with the process. Mia is a former division one collegiate volleyball player. She focuses on a combination of mobility and resistance training to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
